Brief: To gain insights from home occupiers of their attitudes to energy efficiency and interest in sustainable home improvements, prior to launch of Government’s Green Deal initiative.
Approach: Four focus groups reflecting different demographics (consumer ages, lifestage, location, home owners and rental market).
Solution: A cross section of views were captured, resulting in a greater understanding of the competitive marketplace, enabling the company to review its marketing strategy.
