Education: International Online research captures valuable student feedback
Client: MDC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Durham Associates Group and has been running fast-track MSc top up programmes for professionally qualified people since 1991, in conjunction with selected Universities.
Brief: To gather feedback from UK and international students on their experiences of three different Masters courses in Marketing, Accounting and Procurement, with a view to refining the product offer and course content.
Approach: Three course-specific online questionnaires were developed and forwarded to students, with results aggregated and also segmented by course type.
Solution: The survey achieved a high response rate across all three courses and captured both qualitative and quantitative data, including detailed feedback from different student types (by age and industry sector) on content, perceived value and impact upon their careers. Results were used for the strategic development and marketing of future courses.
